The India Expedition Centre (IEC) is my final year Undergraduate Architectural Design Thesis Project. A Museum of Indian Culture, History and Science. The location of this project is in Vasant Kunj, Institutional Area, New Delhi, India. The idea came from the type of exhibits in the museum; it is supposed to be a museum to depict India Culture, History and Science. Indian Historical Science related to human Bodies: 7 Chakras of human body (Chakra System) Each Chakra has its own element, [namely; Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Space, Light, Thought]. The museum is dividied into 7 exhibitions and each exhibition is developed considering the element it belongs to. In the process a deep though is given to Experience of the user.

The Indian Cultural Centre of the High Commission of India celebrated 3rd Anniversary of its establishment in Maldives on Saturday, 16th August 2014. Hon’ble Minister for Defence, Health & Gender, H.E. Col (Retd) Mohamed Nazim was the Chief Guest and Hon’ble Minister for Environment & Energy, H.E. Mr. Thoriq Ibrahim was the Guest of Honour to the function. Some Maldivian Minister of State and the Representatives of the Foreign Affairs including Academics, Diplomatic Corps, Representatives of Indian Community, Media attended the programme. Teachers and students of the Indian Cultural Centre presented Yoga, Instrumental Music (Tabla) and various Classical and Folk Dances of India.
